Return Policy

IMPORTANT: When you decide to return your items, please contact us via E-mail first, and inform us about your problem.

* You may return any items within 30 days of receiving your item (they must be placed in the mail to be returned). Otherwise, OGRPHY would NOT responsible for any return or refund.

*The items must be undamaged and must have all tags attached. Keep the original packaging undamaged and will not affect reselling of the product.Any items with stains, marks, smears or tears in the tag cannot be returned.


*International Return Policy:

1. Customers will responsible for the return shipping fees if it's due to their own reason to return.If we send you the wrong model by mistake, we will take the shipping fees.

2.Please keep the original packaging box and send it back together for returns and exchanges.

3. If the damage is caused by logistics transportation, please take photos and contact us.

4.If the damage is caused by human factors, no warranty claims will be recognized or accepted.

5. No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.


* Defective or Damaged Product?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at [email protected] and we will gladly send you a new one! If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without any notification, we will not be able to process the return.


WARRANTY

We commit you five years warranty for each OGRPHY battery, only if the battery is being correctly used according to our guidance and instructions. If you need our assistance, pls contact our service team for support. We promise to reply you in 24 hours.

If the battery cannot be fixed, pls contact our service team for a prepaid return label, and send the defect battery together with the warranty card back to our US local warehouse. A replacement will be delivered to you as soon as the defect one is checked and tested by our technical team.


CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel an order placed on OGRPHY official website, we offer a full refund for orders canceled when the item has not yet been shipped (Usually within 1-3 working days). Please note that a transaction fee may be charged by your payment channel (Bank/PayPal, etc). Please consult your payment provider for confirmation.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to directly cancel the order. Please contact us to recall the order or reject the shipment when it arrives at your address, and OGRPHY will offer a full refund after the shipment is successfully canceled or returned. Please note that a transaction fee may be charged by your payment channel (Bank/PayPal, etc). Please consult your payment provider for confirmation.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us for assistance. However, we do not offer compensation for any losses resulting from the cancellation of crowdfunding or pre-sale orders, including but not limited to principal, interest, exchange rates, and opportunity costs. By participating in crowdfunding or pre-sale orders, you agree to assume any such losses that may arise from their cancellation.


REFUNDS

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

* Refunds should appear on your account within 10 business days after processing if you use a Credit card to check out.

* Refunds should appear on your account within 1-2business days after processing if you use Paypal to check out


* Late or missing refunds

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.

2. If refound still not shows in your bank account. please contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

* Return Local Duties and Taxes

1. Local taxes and import duties may be incurred when you ship your return items to us. We would NOT responsible for local taxes and duties. Customer should responsible for all the extra charges.

2. When you decide to return, please remember to contact us first. Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.
